"Dauti-Komerc" today:

The company “Dauti-Komerc” SHA as an idea was born in the 90s and has been developing over the years as a joint-stock company. Today it is a leader in the field of distribution of fast-moving consumer goods in North Macedonia and in the region, such as in Kosovo, Montenegro, and Albania.

“Dauti-Komerc” offers high-quality services through a highly-professional organizational structure which has a high degree of flexibility and is open to changes and needs of partners.

Today, “Dauti-Komerc” is a powerful business conglomerate, present in four Balkan countries and with its sister company “Dauti-TransportShped” for international transport.

“Dauti-Komerc” has over 1,100 employees, most of them have high professional education, human resources in the company are united with all the principles, values and mission.

Dauti-Komerc’s suppliers are from 82 countries of the world, whose products represent the portfolio of the company’s offer for its clients.

Exports are oriented to its companies in Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, and the European Union. Today, “Dauti-Komerc” exports its products to Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Austria, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Dauti-Komerc” is ranked 50th among the most powerful companies in North Macedonia.

Today, “Dauti-Komerc” has the most modern and sophisticated distribution centers in Saraj (Skopje), with a surface area of over 22,000 square meters, in Tetovo 3,000 square meters, in Struga 1,500 square meters, in Durrës (Albania) 3,000 square meters, in Ferizaj (Kosovo) 15,000 square meters, and in Podgorica (Montenegro) 5,000 square meters. These centers are logistically equipped with the most suitable fleet of vehicles, which have their own fuel station, maintenance, and other services for as quick operation as possible.

The sister company “Dauti-TransportShped”, with headquarters in the Republic of North Macedonia and Albania, has 11 freight forwarding units and a fleet of 60 trucks.

“Dauti-Komerc” has its own customs warehouse, with a domestic license for customs clearance and is also licensed as Authorized Economic Operator (OEO) for international customs, safety, and simplification of customs procedures in the Republic of North Macedonia.

The company has implemented the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14 001, ISO 22 000, ISO 27 001, ISO 45 001, Еxcellent Small & Medium Enterprises, CERTIFICATE FOR FAIRNESS TOWARDS CONSUMERS, CERTIFICATE FOR THE LIVING ENVIRONMENT, CERTIFICATE FOR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, HACCP, HALAL, IFS and others.

The main activity of the company "Dauti-Komerc" is carried out through two channels for sales and other services:

1. Distribution - Sale of goods from imported and domestic brands for whom the company is a distributor in the country. Including market chains, local distributors, and large consumers. Distribution covers 3,657 consumer facilities in North Macedonia.

The above is carried out through specialized commercial divisions, respectively:

a) The Milk & Meat Division – Distribution of dairy and milk products,

b) The Food & Drinks Division – Distribution of foods and drinks,

c) The Hygiene & Cosmetics Division – Distribution of hygienic and cosmetic products,

d) The ‘Alkaloid’ Division – Distribution of products made by ‘Alkaloid’-Skopje, chemicals, cosmetics, and herbal (teas)

e) MicroDistribution – Door-to-door distribution,

f) Coffee Shop – Distribution of products for the needs of cafes and restaurants,

g) Fruit & Vegetable – Sale of fresh fruits and vegetables, through the “Milk & Meat” division.

2. Sales from domestic suppliers:

Sale of goods from local producers with a wide range of products. This includes small retail establishments, hotels, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, butchers’ shops, healthy food stores, pharmacies, public and private institutions, and others. It covers 8,324 consumer facilities. It’s developed through:

a) "Cash & Carry" Skopje – Sales in the regions of Skopje, Kumanovo, Veles, and the eastern part of North Macedonia,

b) "Cash & Carry" Tetovo – Sales in the regions of Tetovo, Gostivar, Kichevo, and Debar,

c) "Cash & Carry" Struga – Sales in the regions of Struga, Ohrid, Bitola, and Prilep,

d) HO-RE-CA - Sales among hotels, restaurants, and cafes, through "Cash & Carry" (Skopje, Tetovo, and Struga),

e) Procurement and Tenders - Participation in tenders and supplying of institutions and public institutions (NATO, the Police, the Military, schools, kindergartens, ministries, and other institutions),

f) The supply of humanitarian and other organizations.

3. Other services:

a) Catering service - supply of ready meals for external customers and the organizing of various events,

b) Packaging of cereal products (rice, sugar, beans and others), as well as packaging of honey,

c) Collection, repair and sales of pallets (simple, EUR, and EPAL),

d) "ISPM-15" – heat treatment according to European standards of wooden materials and pallets,

e) Purchase and treatment of packaging waste (nylon, (plastic bags, pepper, and cans) and consignment to recycling.

"Alkaloid" Skopje - the cooperation began in the year 1992, which continued and expanded into the segment of distributing chemical products, hygienic, cosmetics, herbals (teas), and food products.

"KOROSTEJ" – from Hungary, is a producer of dairy with European standards, distributed since 2014.

"BG-Produkt"- is a company of the confectionary industry, whose products "Dauti-Komerc" began distributing in 2014.

"Rucker" - is a German company specialized in a wide and reliable range of cheese products and especially kashkaval, which have been distributed since 2017.

"Manarthon" – is a company from Tunisia, a well-known producer of sardines, which is distributed since the year 2009.

“Siouras”- is a Greek company well-known for its olive products, which is distributed since the year 2016.
