Dauti-Komerc is a family business of the DAUTI family which was transformed into a joint-stock company, with a corporate system of leadership. Its governing bodies are the Shareholders’ Assembly, the Management Board, and the Board of Directors.

The main activity of “Dauti-Komerc” SHA (“SHA” = joint-stock company) is the import-export and distribution of fast-moving consumer products, which is carried out through distribution centers in North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro, as well as by local suppliers through the “Cash&Carry” network in Skopje, Tetovo, and Struga, of North Macedonia.

The company “Dauti-Komerc” SHA, with 30 years of experience, has become a regional leader in the field of distribution of fast-moving consumer goods. The company has coverage in four states in the region, starting with North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Albania. “Dauti-Komerc” SHA continuously implements innovative ideas and contemporary standards, whereby it specializes in the field of distribution of consumer goods in the domestic, regional and international markets. In recent years, the export of goods from regional producers of the Western Balkans to European and wider markets.

"Dauti- Komerc" as a company was founded on May 29, 1990, by the DAUTI brothers. Since its beginnings, the main and base activity has been the distribution of consumer goods from domestic producers. Even today, it carries out this commercial activity, distribution of domestic and imported products.
