History

"Dauti- Komerc" as a company was founded on May 29, 1990, by the DAUTI brothers. Since its beginnings, the main and base activity has been the distribution of consumer goods from domestic producers. Even today, it carries out this commercial activity, distribution of domestic and imported products.

1994 – Due to the decrease in the production capacities of domestic companies, "Dauti Komerc" focuses on the import of consumer products.

1997 – “Dauti-Komerc” transforms into a joint-stock company. This transformation separated the ownership structure from the management structure.

1999 ‒ “Dauti -Komerc” ‒ Ferizaj, Kosovo, was established, with the same activity.

2001 – With the same activity was established “Dauti-Komerc” Podgorica, Montenegro.

2003 – Establishment of “Dauti-TransportShped” Skopje, a company specialized in transport of goods, and goods transport services, in road traffic.

2004 – Opening of “Dauti-Komerc”, Cash&Carry in Tetovo.

2005 – On February 11, the Economic Chamber of North-West Macedonia was founded on the initiative of “Dauti-Komerc”.

2005 – The brand "Dauti" enters the market.

2006 – Opening of "Dauti-Komerc" Cash&Carry - Chair, Skopje.

2007 – Starts with operation the “Micro-distribution” sector – mobile sales.

2010 ‒ "Dauti-Komerc" begins construction on the business complex, namely the distribution center in Ferizaj, Kosovo.

2010 ‒ The department of packaging of cereal products with the “Dauti” brand is put into operation.

2011 – Opening of “Dauti-Komerc” Cash&Carry” in Struga.

2011 – The “Dauti” Foundation was founded, the purpose of which was the fulfillment of social responsibility, which in 2015 was renamed as the "Albiz" Foundation, including other companies.

2011 – Establishment of "Dauti-Komerc" - Durrës, Albania.

2012 – The distribution complex in Ferizaj, Kosovo, was put into operation.

2013 – Began the investment in the construction of the distribution center of “Dauti-Komerc” in Saraj, Skopje

2015 – The company moves to the new distribution center in Saraj.

2016 – Construction starts on the distribution Center of “Dauti-Komerc” in Podgorica.

2016 – Starts with work “Fruit and Vegetable”

2018 – Put into use the distribution Center in Podgorica, Montenegro.

2019 – Granting of certifications for the applying of the standards HACAP and ISO 2001, ISO 9001, ISO 14 001, ISO 22 000, ISO 27 001, and ISO 45 001.

2020 – Won the certifications for applying the standards HALAL, Еxcellent Small & Medium Enterprises and IFS.

2021 – The company has secured the license for local customs. Preparations have begun for securing the license for Authorized Economic Operator (OEO). Also, construction works for the customs warehouse have been completed.
